Use of a wallet address does not create an account, user profile, contractual relationship, ongoing service obligation, or any form of user–project relationship.

No user accounts or registration are required. The system uses a device-based local usage state by default. Wallet connection is optional. If a wallet is connected, the existing device-based usage state becomes permanent and portable. This does not create an identity account, user profile, or on-chain user record. 3. WHAT INFORMATION EXISTS ON-CHAIN

If and when the web application becomes available, the only data recorded is on the public Solana blockchain:

• Wallet addresses (public by nature of blockchain)

• Transaction amounts (e.g., "23.41 €")

• Transaction timestamps (recorded by the blockchain)

Important: This blockchain data is:

• Public and visible to anyone

• Not controlled by KosherCoin

• Not linked to any personal identity by our platform

• Permanent and cannot be deleted (inherent to blockchain technology)

• Any receipt-related functionality uses temporary, non-persistent processing

• Immediate deletion of any temporarily processed data

Wallet Interactions

• Users may connect via Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.) for optional, non-financial utility features

• Wallet address is public by nature of blockchain

KosherCoin does not require merchants to operate any receipt-processing or scanning on behalf of the platform.

Merchants remain independent businesses with their own data practices and compliance obligations, which are separate from KosherCoin.

• We do not retain contact information beyond what is necessary to respond

• You may request deletion of any correspondence at any time
