Team
KosherCoin originated from a clearly defined functional context: establishments that already carry independent third-party kosher certification.
The project was conceived around a structured objective — to design a utility-based system operating strictly within recognized kosher certification environments. Its scope is intentionally limited and defined by those boundaries.
Development is carried out by a multidisciplinary group operating in an independent and voluntary capacity at this stage. The structure is function-based rather than corporate, with clearly defined responsibilities across product design, technical implementation, documentation governance, and operational coordination.
Product & System Architecture
Responsible for defining the system’s structural logic and ensuring that utility design remains aligned with documented scope and operational limits.
Blockchain Engineering
Responsible for smart contract implementation, deployment logic, and technical integrity, with emphasis on reliability and disciplined execution.
Documentation & Structural Governance
Responsible for maintaining clarity and consistency across all public materials, ensuring that descriptions of the system remain accurate, non-promotional, and free from implied commitments or investment framing.
Operational Coordination
Oversees execution sequencing and alignment between development work and documented system principles.
The project operates as decentralized software and does not currently function under a formal legal entity. Contributors participate on a voluntary and independent basis within the defined scope of the system.
If the project evolves structurally in the future — including the potential formation of a formal legal entity — appropriate disclosures may be provided at that time, including clarification of roles and public identification where relevant.
