1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the KosherCoin website (www.koshercoin.world) and web application (app.koshercoin.world).

Important: For convenience, these Terms use "KosherCoin," "we," "us," and "our" to refer to the project and platform. However, there is no legal entity called KosherCoin. The KSH token and platform operate as decentralized software deployed on the Solana blockchain. No person or entity controls or operates the Services in a traditional centralized sense.

These Terms govern use of the interface and documentation; they do not create custody or service obligations.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United States, European Union, or United Nations

Important Separation:

Access to the web application, if and when it becomes available, does not imply eligibility to participate in token-related activities. These are two separate scopes with different geographic restrictions.

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Using VPNs or other methods to circumvent token-related geographic restrictions is prohibited.

Third-Party Infrastructure (Informational Only):

Tokens may be technically transferable via independent third-party infrastructure not operated or endorsed by the project. Access to the web application, if and when it becomes available, will not require tokens, and any token-related access (if any) is intended to be optional, non-entitling access only.

3.4 Your Responsibility for Compliance

You're responsible for determining whether your use complies with laws in your jurisdiction, including securities, tax, and cryptocurrency regulations.

4.2 Identity Model (No User Accounts or Registration)

Important: No user accounts or registration are required. The system uses a device-based local usage state by default. Wallet connection is optional. If a wallet is connected, the existing device-based usage state becomes permanent and portable. This does not create an identity account, user profile, or on-chain user record.

4.4 How Blockchain Works

The Services use the Solana blockchain. Here's what you should know:

Blockchain transactions are public and permanent

Transactions are immutable and cannot be reversed once confirmed

You must verify transaction details carefully before confirming

Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, tokens sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered by anyone. There is no central authority with the technical ability to reverse transactions or recover lost tokens.

Your wallet address and transaction history are publicly visible on the blockchain. Transferability is a technical property of blockchain tokens and does not imply that the token is intended for financial activity.

4.5 About Smart Contracts

KSH operates through smart contracts on Solana. Please understand:

Smart contracts execute automatically according to their code

Smart contracts may have bugs or vulnerabilities

We don't control how deployed smart contracts operate

Using smart contracts involves technical risks

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1 Wallet Security

You're responsible for:

Securing your wallet private keys and seed phrases.

All activity from your wallet address.

Any losses from compromised wallet security.

Understanding how blockchain wallets work.

6. UNDERSTANDING THE RISKS
